When Councillor of Commerce Rudolf Großfurtner formed the Großfurtner slaughterhouse and cutting business from agriculture and a public house in 1972, it was not yet clear what the outcome of this decision would be like. Consistent striving for quality, high seriousness and trusting relationships to employees and customers have made for a true success story till this day. Basis for this was, not least, the constant willingness to be open to changes without abandoning our own roots. Even after more than 50 years, this premise is still a recipe for further successful development.
