Sophisticated in-house logistics systems connect all areas of operation and thus allow for a rapid internal flow of goods. The processing stages from slaughtering to interim storage, cutting, packing, carton packaging and picking up to shock freezing can thus be effected in the shortest possible period of time. This benefits the quality of the meat, which we prepare and process individually according to customer requirements.
