Protection for Whistleblowers
- No whistleblower may be disadvantaged, dismissed, or otherwise penalized for submitting a report.
- Reprisals of any kind will not be tolerated and may themselves result in disciplinary or criminal consequences.
- Knowingly false or abusive reports are not protected under the HSchG and may result in legal action.
