To actively protect these values, we provide all employees, business partners, and external stakeholders with a confidential system for submitting reports. This allows you to report potential violations of laws or regulations and thereby help prevent harm to people, animals, the environment, and the company.

Protection for Whistleblowers

  • No whistleblower may be disadvantaged, dismissed, or otherwise penalized for submitting a report.
  • Reprisals of any kind will not be tolerated and may themselves result in disciplinary or criminal consequences.
  • Knowingly false or abusive reports are not protected under the HSchG and may result in legal action.
